Maj. Gen. Rezaei: IAEA’s politicized actions will push countries exit NPT

Pars Today- Iran’s secretary of the Supreme National Security Council warned that the continuation of the International Atomic Energy Agency’s political approach will push countries toward withdrawing from the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT).

According to Pars Today, citing IRIB, Maj. Gen. Mohsen Rezaei, secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council, wrote on his social media page: “The anti-Iran resolution adopted by the Board of Governors is illegal, technically unfounded, entirely political, and unacceptable, bearing the clear imprint of U.S. and Zionist pressure.”

Maj. Gen. Rezaei warned: “The IAEA’s politicized & disruptive actions will push countries toward withdrawing from the NPT.”
