Pars Today- Iran's national freestyle and Greco-Roman wrestling teams won the championship title, and the taekwondo team won the silver medal at the 2024 Paris Olympics.

The 33rd edition of the Olympic Games, which officially began on July 26 with the opening ceremony, came to an end on August 12. According to Pars Today, Iran's Greco-Roman wrestling team won the team championship title with 2 gold medals, 1 silver, and 1 bronze medal.

Also, Iran's Greco-Roman wrestlers, Saeid Esmaeili (67 kg) and Mohammad Hadi Saravi (97 kg), secured gold medals. Alireza Mohmadi (87 kg) won a silver medal, and Amin Mirzazadeh (130 kg) won a bronze medal.

Iran's freestyle wrestling team also won the team championship title with 3 silver medals and 1 bronze medal, totaling 83 points.

Rahman Amouzad (65 kg), Hassan Yazdani (86 kg), and Amirhossein Zare (125 kg) won silver medals, and Amirali Azarpour (97 kg) won a bronze medal.
