Pars Today- Israeli Saturday attack on the north of Beirut martyred an Iranian lady with her Lebanese husband.

Martyr Masoumeh Karbasi, Iranian citizen living in Lebanon, was martyred with her husband, Reza Awadeh, on Saturday October 19, during the drone attack of the Israeli regime to the north of Beirut.

According to Pars Today, this crime is called the first targeted terrorist act against an Iranian lady in Lebanon by the Zionist regime.

Narration of Iranian ambassador's wife

According to the published news, the Israeli drone shot a missile towards the car of the Iranian citizen, Masoumeh Karbasi, and her Lebanese husband, Reza Abas Awadeh which hits beside the car. Reza immediately takes his wife out of the car, but the second missile murders both of them.

Narges Qadirian, wife of the Iranian ambassador in Lebanon, wrote on X social network about the martyrdom of Masoumeh Krabasi and her familiarity with this Iranian lady, "My dear and kind friend, Ms. Masoumeh Karbasi, was assassinated by the bloodthirsty Zionist regime. So many Friday eves we were together and shed tears during Dua Kumail [KUmail supplication] and eulogy for the Ahl al-Bayt."

Qadirian added, "She had five children and would always come to Dua (supplication) with her 2-year-old daughter. May her pure and faithful soul drink the sweet nectar of martyrdom with joy!"

According to the announcement of the Iranian ambassador's wife, "It is said that Karbasi was the first Iranian lady who has been martyred in the recent war in Lebanon, but it is not true, because some of the Iranians, who have migrated to Lebanon years ago and live in this country, are also martyred during the blind bombing of the Zionist regime in the south of Lebanon. For instance, on October 10, an Iranian lady living in Lebanon, by the name of Elham Baygan, was martyred with her nephew Mahdi and her niece Zahra in the bombardment of their house in the south of Lebanon. Yet, Ms. Karbasi is the first lady martyred in a targeted act of terror by the Zionist regime."

Iranian embassy's statement

The embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Lebanon, condemning this terrorist act, called for the practical, immediate and effective move of the international bodies in support for the lives of innocent people who are subjected to the permanent threat of the ware machine of the Zionist regime.

Iranian Foreign Ministry: We will use every tool to make the Zionist regime accountable

Spokesman of the Iranian Foreign Ministry, condemning the cruel assassination of the Iranian lady and her Lebanese husband, said, "The Islamic Republic of Iran will use every tool to prosecute the issue and make the Zionist regime accountable towards its crimes."

Esmail Baqaei, Spokesman of Iran's Foreign Ministry, referring to the video on the moments of the assassination of the Iranian lady and her husband in a civilian and busy street, described this measure of the Zionist regime as a perfect example of terrorism and war crime.

According to some of the news sources, martyr Reza Awadeh, husband of Masoumeh Karbasi, was a graduate from Tehran University and a noted professor of Linux in the world.

Based on the remarks of an informed official, Iran is not intent to kick up a row, but, according to the military and security officials, the response to this crime is definite in defense of the Iranian citizens' rights.
