Pars Today – The Vice Speaker of Iran’s Parliament, referring to the failure of the United States to reopen the Strait of Hormuz and to neutralize a plan to divide Iran, emphasized that the struggle against global arrogance will continue until final victory.
According to Pars Today, Ali Nikzad, Vice Speaker of Iran’s parliament, said: “The evil Trump announced that he would reopen the Strait of Hormuz, but he never could and never will.” He added that between 100 and 140 oil tankers pass through the Strait of Hormuz daily and that 6 to 7 billion barrels of oil are transported annually through this strategic waterway. He also said that 60 percent of the world’s oil reserves are located in Venezuela, Saudi Arabia, and Iran.
He stressed that the United States believed that by taking control of Venezuela and pressuring Saudi Arabia, it could also swallow Iran and gain control of 60 percent of the world’s oil. “But Iran’s oil will never fall into their hands,” he said.
Nikzad added: “Iran’s atomic bomb is the Strait of Hormuz itself.” He also stated that the Leader of the Islamic Revolution has said that the Persian Gulf belongs to Iran and that the United States has no place there, and that the Persian Gulf will not return to the situation it had before the war.
