From Sanda to Futsal; a glance at Iranian women athletes' successes in international games of last week + pictures

Pars Today- Iranian women athletes shone in different fields and got colorful medals during the past week.
The world sanda games were held in Jiangyin, China on April 7-9. According to Pars Today, during the 10th Sanda World Cup (April 7-9, 2025), Seddiqeh Daryaei and Shahrbanoo Mansourian, two members of Iran's women wushu team, won gold medal and Soheila Mansourian, another Iranian lady, lost vs. Ti Tu Toi from Vietnam in 60km games and garnered silver medal. Furthermore, Moin Taqavi, Iran's representative for men's 90kg games, defeated Saidi Karam Rayimov from Kazakhstan and won gold medal.

Iran's women futsal team runner-up in Thailand
The Iranian national women futsal team played vs. Thailand in the third game of the quadrilateral tournament on April 7 and ended in goalless draw. Iran's team, in this tournament, ended in a draw with Japan, defeated Uzbekistan 5-0 and had a goalless draw vs. Thailand. Finally, Japan was the victor and Iran became the runner-up, while Thailand stood in the third rank.

Iranian girl awarded fair-play badge
Kimia Hedayati, Iranian adolescent sabreuse, got the special badge of fair-play during the games of students games Olympiad (Gymnasiade) in Zlatibor of Serbia.

Iranian lady gains attendance quota for World Ping-pong Games
According to the announcement of the International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF), Neda Shahsavari, captain of Iran's women national team succeeded to gain the attendance quota for the 2025 world competitions. The final games of championship competitions are to be held in Doha, Qatar and the top athletes of this field will rival in them from all over the world.

Iranian referees to judge in Women Futsal Games of Asia
The Asian Football Confederation (AFC) informed of judgment of Iranian referees during the women futsal games of the old continent in China. The Asian Women Futsal Games will be held in China from May 7, 2025 and as per the announcement of the AFC, Zari Fat'hi, Gelareh Nazemi and Zahra Rahimi have been chosen from Iran as referees of the competitions.
