Iran's "No" to American style negotiation

Pars Today- Iran's foreign ministry spokesperson, said that the American and Israeli actions destroyed diplomacy.

Esmail Baqaei, in an interview with Russia Today on Monday, said, "Using insulting and impolite tone about Iran's senior officials and leaders by another country is unpleasant and unacceptable. This kind of behavior will not bring any credit for the US and its officials."

According to Pars Today, Baqaei made it clear, "We were in the middle of negotiations and were supposed to meet with American representatives that the Zionist regime, with the support and greenlight of the US, suddenly attacked Iran."

The spokesman added, "We have always supported diplomacy (with dignity), but the US and Israel really betrayed diplomacy."

Unconditional submission is not negotiation

Meanwhile, Amir Saeed Iravani, Iran's Ambassador to the UN, in an interview with NBC News on Sunday, in response to the question, "Why has Tehran not accepted the US president's pressure for a diplomatic solution between Tehran and Tel Aviv", said, Unconditional submission is not negotiation. This is dictating their policies on us." He added, "If they are ready for negotiation, we are ready, too. But, if they intend to impose their [illegal] conditions, no negotiation will be possible with them."

Takht-e Ravanchi: No appointment for meeting Americans

Iran's Deputy Foreign Minister for Political Affairs, Majid Tekht-e Ravanchi, speaking at the Iranian Majlis about the American officials' claims on a date for negotiations with Iran, said, "No appointment has been made on the issues and what they say is not true."
