Pars Today – The President of Iran emphasized the decisive role of national resistance in overcoming wartime conditions, stating that the Iranian nation pushed the enemy into helplessness through 40 days of steadfastness.
According to Pars Today, Masoud Pezeshkian, the President of Iran, referring to the inaccurate predictions of Iran’s adversaries regarding the people’s ability to endure, said:
“While the enemy believed Iran would not be able to stand for more than a few days, the Iranian nation, with 40 days of resistance, forced them into a position of helplessness, and even threats to destroy infrastructure could not shake the people’s resolve.”
He added:
“The enemies thought that by imposing war and pressure, the people would flood the streets and overthrow the system, but the brave Iranian nation, with their heroic presence, preserved the Islamic system and disappointed them.”
Pezeshkian considered public participation, mosques, and social capacities as key elements in managing the crisis, emphasizing that activating these capacities and the presence of the people played a decisive role in successfully overcoming recent conditions.
