Rezaei: End of ceasefire should not lead to its extension

Pars Today – The spokesperson of the National Security Commission of the Iranian Parliament said that the end of the ceasefire should not result in extending it.

According to Pars Today, Ebrahim Rezaei wrote on X: “The end of the ceasefire should not lead to its extension. Either they must recognize Iran’s rights, including our control over the Strait of Hormuz, or return to war. The breathing space that has been created is not supposed to be used for renewed mischief and for rearming themselves.”

Rezaei added: “If they do not give us our rights, the loose tooth of the ceasefire—which leads to American and Israeli savagery—must be pulled out and set aside.”
