Army Commander‑in‑Chief expresses appreciation for Leader’s message

Pars Today – Following the warm message issued by Ayatollah Imam Khamenei, the Leader of the Islamic Revolution and Commander‑in‑Chief, to the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran on the occasion of Iran’s Army Day, the Commander‑in‑Chief of the Iranian Army expressed his gratitude for the Leader’s affection and attention.

According to Pars Today, Major General Amir Hatami, Commander‑in‑Chief of the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran, wrote in a message: The wise and prudent message of the Commander‑in‑Chief on the occasion of the anniversary of the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran, once again recalled the wise and affectionate messages and guidance of the great founder of the Islamic Revolution and the martyred Imam of the Revolution (may God’s mercy be upon them) in the minds of the great Iranian nation and their sons in the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and it created renewed spirit and motivation among the fighters of the Iranian Army.

The message states: 

The four branches of the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran, together with the cooperation and solidarity of their brothers in the other forces of the Armed Forces, in carrying out the commands and directives of the Commander‑in‑Chief, have been self‑sacrificing defenders of Islam, Iran, and its great nation on the land, in the sky, and at sea. As in the past, they will firmly put in their place the ill‑intentioned enemies who harbor malicious intentions toward the country and the people of Iran, and with all their heart and soul, they stand ready to continue and advance the development and enhancement of various capabilities and achievements in safeguarding the independence, territorial integrity, and the Islamic Republic of Iran.
