Iran sends response to U.S. proposed text to mediating party

Pars Today – The Islamic Republic of Iran sent its response on Sunday to the proposed text submitted by the American side.

According to Pars Today, a source in Iran’s Foreign Ministry confirmed that Tehran had sent its response to the latest U.S. proposal regarding ending the war.

No details of Iran’s response have been released so far.

Iran has repeatedly emphasized that, at this stage, negotiations will be focused on the issue of ending the war in the region.

Earlier, Esmail Baqaei, spokesperson for the Foreign Ministry of the Islamic Republic of Iran, said in an interview with the program “Unscripted”: “Iran’s current priority is clear. For now, we have decided to focus on ending the war, because this issue is a matter of concern for the entire region, our nation, and the international community.”
