Hajibabaei: Passage through Hormuz Strait is only possible respecting Iran’s rights

Pars Today – The Deputy Speaker of Iran's Parliament emphasized that passage through the Strait of Hormuz is not possible without taking into account the rights of the Iranian nation.

According to Pars Today, citing IRIB News Agency, Hamidreza Hajibabaei, Deputy Speaker of Iran’s Parliament, said during a large public gathering in the city of Malard in Tehran province: “Does anyone doubt that the Strait of Hormuz is the legitimate right of the great Iranian nation? The criminal United States must know that passage through this strait is not possible without respecting the rights of the Iranian people.”

Hajibabaei also stressed that uranium enrichment and nuclear technology are the undeniable rights of the Iranian nation, adding that no one has the power to undermine these legal and legitimate rights.

He further stated that Iran’s enemies had entered recent conflicts with the aim of striking the country, the Islamic Republic system, and Iran’s territorial integrity, but the resistance and unity of 90 million Iranians had neutralized their plans.
