Pars Today – The chairman of the National Security and Foreign Policy Commission of Iran’s Parliament stated that the United States had no option but to return to the negotiating table and accept Iran’s conditions, adding that the era of excessive demands and trampling on the rights of the Iranian nation has come to an end.
According to Pars Today, citing IRIB News Agency, Ebrahim Azizi, Chairman of the National Security and Foreign Policy Commission of Iran's Parliament, wrote in a message posted on his social media page that the courageous resistance of the Iranian people left the United States with no choice but to come to the negotiating table and accept Iran’s terms.
Azizi added that the United States now has a responsibility to earn the trust of the Iranian people by faithfully implementing all provisions of the memorandum of understanding, including ending the war against Lebanon and ensuring the rapid withdrawal of the “Israeli regime” from southern Lebanon.
He warned that any violation of commitments or departure from the core framework of the agreement would prompt Iran’s Armed Forces, backed by the Iranian people, to respond more firmly and forcefully than before.
The chairman of Iran’s National Security Commission emphasized that this sends a message to the entire world: the era of coercion, excessive demands, and disregarding the rights of the Iranian nation has come to an end.
