Pezeshkian: Iran-Iraq war veterans never abandoned Iran’s dignity

Pars Today – The President of Iran wrote in a message that what Iran’s war veterans endured was not merely a part of the history of the war, but the story of men who endured suffering without ever abandoning Iran’s dignity.

According to Pars Today, citing IRIB, Masoud Pezeshkian wrote in a message on Monday evening marking August 17, the anniversary of the return of Iranian prisoners of war to Iran: “Patience, solidarity and hope are the keys to Iran’s resilience in the face of growing external pressure and threats.”
