Araghchi: U.S. insistence on failed policy will bring further defeats

Pars Today – Iran's Foreign Minister, in a message responding to U.S. threats against Iran, wrote that America's failed policies will fail once again.

According to a report by Pars Today citing Tasnim News Agency, Seyyed Abbas Araghchi, Iran's Foreign Minister, responded on Thursday to new economic threats against Iran in a post on his personal X account, writing: "Insistence on continuing failed policies will only bring further defeats and will incur the enmity of the Iranian people."

He added that the threat to "initiate economic operations" against Iran is, in fact, an attempt to divert American public opinion from domestic financial crises—namely, unprecedented debt and soaring interest rates in the United States.

Araghchi emphasized that America's economic terrorism threatens the global economy and the national sovereignty of countries around the world.
