Iran’s First VP: We won’t let economic pressure change Iranian nation's will

Pars Today — Iran’s First Vice President said that economic pressure is incapable of changing the determination of the Iranian people.

According to Pars Today, citing IRIB, Mohammad Reza Aref, Iran’s First Vice President, wrote in a post on a social media platform:

“The government will not allow US economic terrorism to target Iran’s economic stability and the livelihoods of its people.”

He added: “The experience of the Islamic Revolution has shown that economic pressure cannot change the will of the Iranian nation; rather, it produces the opposite result.”
