Over 56,000 Iranian women qualify for PhD programs

Pars Today - So far, over 88,000 PhD candidates in Iran have chosen their fields of study.
Alireza Karimian, the Head of Public Relations at the National Organization for Educational Testing in Iran, told Mehr news agency: "Out of 151,643 applicants who took the PhD entrance exam in 2024, 125,174 individuals have qualified to select their fields of study”.
Karimian noted that among the over 125,000 individuals who qualified to select their fields of study, 68,765 are men and 56,409 are women. He added that so far, more than 88,000 applicants have taken action to select their fields of study.
