  • Iranian student robotics team secures silver medal in world competitions

Pars Today - The Iranian national student robotics team has successfully secured the title of world runner-up in the overall ranking.

The 2024 World Robotics Competition was held in Beijing, China for three days from August 10, 2024.

According to Pars Today, in this competition, the Iranian student national robotics team in the age group of 7 to 17 years, consisting of 48 elite students, participated in five leagues of rugby, football, sumo, creativity and total scoring, and finally won the silver medal of the world.

Previously, the Iranian national student robotics team had secured third place in the 2019 world competition in Malaysia, runner-up in the 2022 world competition in India, and again in the 2023 competition in China.

Additionally, last year, Iran's young elites became the Asian champions in Malaysia.
