Pars Today — The political office of Yemen’s Ansarullah movement strongly condemned, in a statement Saturday night, the Israeli regime’s recent crimes and killings in the towns of Ansar and Deir al-Zahrani in southern Lebanon, as well as its continued human rights violations in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank.
According to Pars Today, citing IRNA, Ansarullah’s political office said that the targeting of civilians and the intensification of Israeli military attacks are being carried out with direct US backing and a green light from Washington, as well as amid the appeasement and silence of certain dependent Arab governments. It reaffirmed Lebanon and the Islamic resistance’s legitimate right to respond to aggression and defend its people and the liberation of southern Lebanon.
Ansarullah also expressed deep regret over the Lebanese government’s continued direct negotiations with the Israeli regime and bitter concessions at the expense of Lebanon’s sovereignty and the dignity of the Lebanese people. It called on the Beirut government to reconsider and reassess its position and make use of the Islamic resistance’s leverage.
The political office of Ansarullah once again declared its full solidarity with the peoples of Palestine and Lebanon and the Islamic resistance.
The Yemeni movement said that Lebanon’s Islamic resistance has established a strong record of historic victories in confronting the Israeli enemy.
It also warned that Arab and Islamic governments are seeking to form a military alliance while viewing the Israeli regime as a friendly entity that can coexist alongside them.
