Pars Today – The Supreme National Security Council of the Islamic Republic of Iran, in a statement referring to the destructive actions of European countries, announced the suspension of Tehran’s cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).
Iran’s Supreme National Security Council convened on Saturday evening under the chairmanship of Masoud Pezeshkian, the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
According to Pars Today, the Council in a statement said despite the cooperation of Iran’s Foreign Ministry with the Agency and the presentation of proposals to resolve the issue, due to the actions of European countries, the path of cooperation with the Agency will effectively be suspended.
Pezeshkian also said regarding the decision taken at the UN Security Council meeting not to extend the lifting of Iran’s nuclear sanctions: “Iran will overcome the obstacles, and the ill-wishers of this land cannot block our path.”

Amnesty International calls for immediate sanctions against the Israeli regime
Agnes Callamard, Secretary General of Amnesty International, said in an interview with Al Jazeera on Saturday night: “Israel’s genocide in the Gaza Strip would not have been possible without the cooperation and involvement of supporting countries, organizations, and companies.” She added that urgent economic sanctions should be imposed on Israel and that mere verbal condemnations are not enough.

Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi said on Saturday that the ongoing war in the Gaza Strip has created an unprecedented humanitarian catastrophe that challenges human conscience.
He added that Israel’s steps to seize Gaza and violate the West Bank undermine stability in the West Asia region. “The principle of Palestinian sovereignty over Palestine must be implemented. Gaza and the West Bank are inalienable Palestinian territories,” he stated.
Armenia and Kazakhstan stress developing a regional transport corridor through Iran
At the 11th meeting of the Armenia–Kazakhstan Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation, held virtually, Armenian Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan said: “Yerevan supports the initiative to create a multimodal transport route along the Kazakhstan–Turkmenistan–Iran–Armenia corridor.”
He added that cargo transit is already taking place along the China–Kazakhstan–Uzbekistan–Turkmenistan–Iran–Armenia route, which reflects the growing interest in expanding transport and logistics links among our countries.
