Head of Iran’s Atomic Energy Organization arrives in Moscow

Pars Today – Iran’s Vice President and Head of the Atomic Energy Organization, Mohammad Eslami, arrived in Moscow at the head of a delegation to meet with Russian officials and speak at events during Russia’s World Atomic Week.

Upon arrival at Sheremetyevo International Airport, Eslami was welcomed by Kazem Jalali, Iran’s ambassador to Russia. Speaking to reporters, he stated that contracts have been signed between the two governments in the nuclear sector, with a defined role for Russia in the ongoing development.

The Iranian Vice President emphasized that the presidents of Iran and Russia have prioritized these collaborations, which has accelerated and smoothed the process, and that ongoing negotiations help facilitate these cooperative efforts.
