Pars Today – A sharp and widely viewed reaction by David Miller, a prominent British sociologist, to attempts by American media outlets to normalize the attack on Iran has triggered a wave of reactions across social media.

According to Pars Today, citing IRIB News Agency, following the U.S. military attack on the ports of Qeshm and Bandar Abbas in southern Iran, a post by David Miller on the social media platform X quickly became one of the most debated topics online, exposing America’s double standards and media deception.

The well‑known British sociologist responded to claims by Jennifer Griffin, a Fox News correspondent, who had said that the U.S. military strikes were “neither a violation of the ceasefire nor a resumption of war.” Miller described this type of narrative as a systematic attempt to “whitewash” U.S. crimes.

Miller wrote in his post with a sarcastic tone: “So, the US breaching the ceasefire by attacking Iran is not breaching the ceasefire. Just like wholesale home demolitions and targeted attacks by Jewish supremacists in Lebanon is "defensive".

He explicitly emphasized that "Jewish supremacists run even the messaging from Washington."

This reaction, which has been widely welcomed by users and media activists on social networks, has once again drawn public attention to the deep influence of the Zionist lobby within mainstream Western media.

Analysts of online discourse believe that the large volume of responses reflects growing public awareness of “deceptive wording” used to justify military aggression and violations of international agreements.
