Pars Today – Ten people were martyred and 20 others injured in airstrikes by the Israeli forces on towns in southern Lebanon.

According to Pars Today, citing IRIB News, Lebanon’s Ministry of Health announced that in Friday’s airstrikes by the Israeli regime on the towns of Al-Zrariya, Anqoun, Meifadoun, and Tura in southern Lebanon, 10 people were martyred and 20 others were wounded.

Lebanon’s Ministry of Health stated that since March 2, as a result of attacks by the Israeli army on Lebanese territory, 2,759 Lebanese citizens have been martyred and 8,512 others injured.

It also reported that the Israeli attacks and evacuation orders issued to residents of many towns and villages in southern Lebanon have resulted in the displacement of approximately 1.2 million Lebanese people.

Clashes in southern Lebanon continue despite the extension of the ceasefire between Lebanon and the Israeli regime, with the forces of this regime continuing to bombard villages and towns in southern Lebanon and carry out widespread destruction of homes and public facilities.

Lebanon’s Hezbollah also announced, in response to the Israeli regime’s violations of the ceasefire, that it carried out 26 operations on Friday against positions and gatherings of the Israeli army in southern Lebanon and northern occupied Palestine. According to the statement, the Meron base, used for aerial surveillance in northern occupied Palestine, was targeted with suicide drones.

Hezbollah also announced that a gathering of Israeli forces in the town of Deir Seryan in southern Lebanon was targeted with appropriate weapons.
