Yahya Saree: Aramco is a military target; stay away

Pars Today – The spokesman for Yemen’s armed forces warned employees of Saudi Aramco and Saudi civilians to evacuate areas near the company’s facilities, saying they are considered military targets.

According to Pars Today, citing Mehr News Agency, Yahya Saree, spokesman for Yemen’s armed forces, issued a message in response to a Saudi-led coalition warning calling for the evacuation of the premises of Yemen’s national oil company in Sana’a.

A statement by Yemen’s armed forces, published by Saree on social media, read: “We warn all employees and civilians around facilities affiliated with the Aramco oil company to leave the area and stay away from it, as it is a military target for our forces.”

The statement went on to warn all employees, specialists, engineers and workers at Saudi Arabia’s oil facilities to stay away from areas considered targets by Yemeni forces to avoid putting their lives at risk.
