Fidan: Israel has no intention of achieving peace

Pars Today – Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan accused the Israeli regime of obstructing efforts to reach a peace agreement in the Gaza Strip.

According to Pars Today, citing IRIB News, the Turkish foreign minister said that the Israeli regime has no intention of achieving peace and is merely using international opportunities and organizations to promote its own narrative and implement its unlawful strategy.

Fidan stressed that the Israeli authorities are using negotiations to advance their own policies rather than to reach an agreement.

The Turkish foreign minister said that Hamas is honoring its commitments under the proposed peace plan, while the Israeli regime continues to undermine the process.

He also called on the international community, particularly the United States as one of the mediators, to move beyond statements and take practical steps to support the implementation of the agreement.
