Pars Today — Turkey’s Justice Minister has announced the issuance of an arrest warrant for the Israeli prime minister.
According to Pars Today, citing IRNA, Turkish Justice Minister Akın Gürlek announced on Friday on X that Turkey had issued an international arrest warrant for Benjamin Netanyahu, the Israeli prime minister, and another Israeli national as part of an investigation into the interception of the Madleen/Global Sumud Flotilla, which had been sailing toward the Gaza Strip in May, and the subsequent detention of activists aboard the vessel.
The Turkish justice minister stressed: “All necessary legal steps are being taken with full determination regarding the attack on the activists of the Sumud Flotilla in international waters, who were sailing to deliver humanitarian aid to Gaza.”
