Utter failure of Iranophobia scenario
The failure of the US in the emergency meeting of the UN Security Council over riots in Iran, once again showed that the US president, Donald Trump is entirely isolated in regards to his Iranophobia strategy and his sinister bid to somehow destabilize Iran.
The current US ambassador to UN, Nikki Haley, after the failure of the US missile scenario, made strenuous efforts to level baseless allegations about the so-called violation of human rights in Iran in a bid to refer Iran's case to UN Security Council, and thereby pile up pressure against the Iranian people. However, she once again utterly failed and the UN Security Council meeting ended inconclusively.
It goes without saying that Washington will continue to make flimsy excuses for pressing Iran. These pretexts continuously vary based on the incidents and events which emerge. However, Washington's hostility against the Islamic Revolution lasts. The US regime, which has contravened human rights for ages, and has massacred scores of Muslims in West Asia, is not fit to allegedly champion human rights. What's more, even in the US, several protests have been staged against racial and economic discriminations, and sexism.
Meanwhile, the strength of the Islamic Republic of Iran, unlike many regional countries, is not tied to foreign states. In fact, Islamic Iran's might is an inner national strength which has been consolidated and cemented with popular support for the sacred Islamic system. Under these conditions, the Western or Eastern states cannot call into question Iran's national clout and are incapable of fueling discontent against Islamic Iran.
Some regional states, which were intent on stoking insecurity in Iran via sending terrorist outfits, came to realize that the situation in Iran is not similar to the situation in Iraq and Syria, and that they should think of a solution for their regional failures and declining approval in the World of Islam.
Meanwhile, the Leader of Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei, has on several occasions called on the Iranian statesmen to pay attention to the economic hardships of people.
In a meeting with the Iranian president and members of the Iranian Cabinet, in the year 2016, the Leader of Islamic Revolution underscored that currently, economic hardship is the most important issue of concern in Iran, which should be solved, and resolution of this problem is tied to appropriate and precise implementation of the policies of Resistance Economy.
In another meeting with the Iranian president, Cabinet members, and officials in the year 2017, the Leader of Islamic Revolution referred to some of the statistical figures and pointed out: "The statistical figures released in the economic sector are based on scientific foundations. However, these statistical figures do not completely display the actual situation in the country and people's lives. Thus, there is a problem here which should be spotted and solved."
Undoubtedly, statement of the problems is people's right and displays the dynamism of the community.
However, two main topics should be separated from each other in this domain. Firstly, there is the complaints of different strata of the community against economic hardships and their demands from the government and executive officials.
However, the second topic of importance is the outlook of foreign powers toward this issue which have been partly expressed via issuance of statements by the White House and US House of Representatives. What is the meaning of the warm welcome accorded to MKO terrorist outfit by the sworn enemies of the Iranian nation?
In the meantime, foreign media swiftly entered the scene in a futile bid to allege that these street gatherings have been politically motivated, and have targeted the Islamic establishment.
Meanwhile, the Secretary of Expediency Council, Mohsen Rezai, has considered the root cause of recent unrests in Iran as the Irbil meeting in Iraq's Kurdistan region.
In an address to reporters, Mohsen Rezai referred to recent unrests in Iran, noting: A few months ago, in a meeting in Irbil which was convened in the presence of a senior CIA agent, Michael De'andre; former chief of staff of the son of former Iraqi dictator, Qassi Saddam, and Saddam's brother-in-law, Hani Talfa, in addition to a number of representatives of MKO terrorist outfit, and Saudi regime; the date of anti-Iran operations was set for late December 2017. The participants in this meeting agreed to begin the anti-Iran operations via the usage of cyberspace, and to fuel riots in Iran in January and February 2018. They wanted to smuggle weapons into Iran after the intensification of riots, and to kill a number of demonstrators. The attendees in Irbil meeting also wanted the US to make a human rights case against Iran at the UN after the spread of riots in Iran. Thereafter, MKO terrorist outfit would enter the scene and urge Europe to impose sanctions against Iran.
The secretary of the Expediency Council also referred to the unity and solidarity of the Iranian officials and people as one of the main factors behind the failure of this plot, noting that the Iranian nation slapped the enemies of the sacred Islamic system.
Finally, it is essential to refer to the vigilance of the grand Iranian nation. Undoubtedly, the solidarity of the Iranian nation is the most powerful and assuring backbone and means for putting behind crises and challenges. The Iranian nation has, on several occasions, displayed its vigilance and political insight in sensitive phases in time with its self-motivated and epical movements, depicting its soft power against the threats posed by the enemies of the Iranian people and the sacred Islamic system. However, experience has shown that the foes are still intent on undermining Iran and are angered and infuriated by the prominence of Islamic Iran in all domains. Meanwhile, Iran maintains major economic capacities and can therefore wrestle with and solve challenges such as unemployment, price hikes, and financial shortcomings. Iran's economy moves in line with the path of Resistance Economy.
