For almost three years, Rohingya refugees who have been sheltering in camps in Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh, have tried to go home and resume normal life. They want their children to go to school and for families separated by the conflict to be reunited. So far, international attempts to hold Myanmar accountable for crimes against the Rohingya Muslims and improve conditions in Rakhine State have failed.
