Widespread armed clashes erupt in Damascus suburbs

Pars Today - Media reports on Tuesday indicated armed clashes in the suburbs of Damascus, the capital city of Syria.

Local sources in Syria announced that following the tension in the city of Sweida, terrorist elements affiliated with the Golani regime blocked the roads leading to the city. Also, fierce clashes occurred in the city of Jaramana, located in the suburbs of Damascus, due to the release of an audio file insulting the Prophet Mohammad (Blessings of God upon him and his progeny), which resulted in the death of a young man and the injury of two others. Syrian sources said that armed groups entered the city of Jaramana after the clashes. /IRIB news agency
