OIC culture ministers' meeting opens in Kazan with Iran's participation

Pars Today – The meeting of culture ministers from the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) member states began on Thursday in Kazan, Russia, with the presence of officials from Russia and 19 Islamic countries, including the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Hojjatoleslam Mohammad Mehdi Imanipour, Head of the Islamic Culture and Communications Organization, is attending the meeting on behalf of Iran and will address the role of culture in unity and synergy in the Islamic world. The main theme of the summit is “Cultural Dialogue Based on Identity in a Multipolar World”, with the aim of promoting global justice, equality and peace./ IRNA
