Pres. Pezeshkian: Attempts to cripple Iran are delusional
Pars Today - The Islamic Republic of Iran's president criticized the US president's remarks about Iran, saying: "They want to show Iran as weak and despite all the pressure and sanctions, they have not been able to surrender us for 47 years, and they will not be able to do so after this."
Speaking on the second day of his provincial visit to Kermanshah, Pezeshkian told the public: “For 47 years, they’ve tried with all their pressure and sanctions to force us into submission — and they have failed. They will not succeed in the future either.” He criticized Trump, describing him as someone who has plundered the world and fueled regional instability, yet now accuses Iranian officials. Iran's president also condemned the Israeli regime’s crimes in Gaza, saying: “Those who claim to defend human rights have slaughtered 60,000 innocent people, and blocked access to water, food, and medicine. These are the same people who assassinated our scientists and still call themselves champions of peace.”/ IRIB news agency
