Prisoner exchange between Russia & Ukraine begins

Pars Today – Ukrainian sources have announced that the process of exchanging 1,000 prisoners between Ukraine and Russia has commenced.

A Ukrainian military source said that on Friday, the two countries began a large-scale prisoner swap agreed upon during their first direct negotiations in over three years. US President Donald Trump claimed the exchange has been completed, but Kiev and Moscow have not confirmed this. The Ukrainian military source said the process is still ongoing. (ISNA)
