Iran's commander: Our defense industry among the world’s most advanced

Pars Today – Deputy Head of Iran’s Basij (Volunteer Forces) Organization, Brigadier General Seyyed Qassem Qureishi said Saturday that despite oppressive sanctions, Iran's defense industries are now among the most advanced globally, thanks to internal capabilities and faith-driven determination.

Speaking at an event commemorating the liberation of the city of Khorramshahr, Brigadier General Qureishi noted that during 'Beit Al-Moqaddas Operation', Iran lacked even basic ammunition, yet today it manufactures the most sophisticated weapons and missile systems. He credited the progress to the leadership of the late Founder of the Islamic Republic Imam Khomeini (God's mercy upon him) and the guidance of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei.
