Pakistani general: Dialogue should take priority over war with India

Pars Today – The chairman of Pakistan’s Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee confirmed that troop levels along the border with India have returned to pre-conflict status, emphasizing Islamabad’s commitment to peace and prioritization of dialogue over war.

Speaking on the sidelines of the Shangri-La Dialogue security summit in Singapore, General Sahir Shamshad Mirza stated that Pakistan favors dialogue over conflict and all issues between Pakistan and India must be resolved through engagement and mutual understanding. (IRNA)
