Belgian official: Belgium will toughen its stance against the Israeli regime

Pars Today – The deputy prime minister and minister of foreign affairs of Belgium has described the current situation in the Gaza Strip as a humanitarian disaster and announced that Brussels will intensify its tone against the Israeli regime.

Following the continued crimes of the Zionist regime against the Palestinian people and its lack of accountability in the face of international pressure, Maxime Prévot said: “Even if we do not have the legal authority to characterize the events as genocide, the international community must decide whether this label corresponds to reality.” He added: “Frankly, I don’t know what could be more horrifying than this human blockade, forced displacement, repeated violations of international law, and the clear intent to completely destroy Gaza.” / ISNA
