Iranian and Egyptian foreign ministers hold talks in Cairo

Pars Today – Iran’s foreign minister, who is visiting Cairo for meetings with Egyptian officials, held talks with his Egyptian counterpart, Badr Abdel Atty, on Monday.

Prior to his meeting with Abdel Atty, Seyyed Abbas Araghchi also met with Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi. The main focus of the Iranian minister’s visit was the strengthening of bilateral relations between Iran and Egypt, as well as consultations on regional developments—particularly the situation in Palestine and Gaza.
