Russia reports downing 44 Ukrainian drones

Pars Today – Russia’s Ministry of Defense has announced that it shot down 44 Ukrainian drones attempting to enter its territory.

In a statement on Thursday, the Russian Defense Ministry said the country’s air defense systems intercepted and destroyed 44 Ukrainian drones within a three-hour period. According to the report, the drones were attempting to penetrate Russian airspace and target infrastructure in border regions, but were eliminated before reaching their objectives. (IRNA)
