Smotrich: Israeli army fails in Gaza
Pars Today- The Israeli finance minister admitted in a speech at the regime's cabinet on Tuesday that the occupying army has failed in the Gaza Strip.
The Hebrew newspaper "Yediot Aharonot" quoted the Israeli Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich as saying at the regime's cabinet meeting that the Israeli army had failed in Gaza, adding: "While the Israeli army chief of staff stated in a meeting with cabinet ministers that 'Operation Gideon's Chariots' was facing exhaustion, they considered continuing the operation to be endangering the lives of Israeli captives in Gaza."
The Israeli media also reported an important meeting between Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and the minister of war and the chief of staff of the Israeli army, and announced that the meeting would be held today to review the plans of the occupying army in Gaza.
