Flood in Texas leaves 11 dead and 172 missing

According to Pars Today citing IRIB news agency, Texas officials announced that at least 172 people remain unaccounted for following the devastating flood that struck on July 4. Authorities have pledged to locate every missing individual.

US media reports indicate that meteorologists faced difficulties with forecast models in accurately predicting the timing and location of the heaviest rainfall. Furthermore, no warning system exists in Kerr County, where the disaster occurred.
