Russia declares readiness to resume Ukraine peace talks

Pars Today – The Kremlin spokesman announced Sunday that the Russian president remains open to resuming the peace process on Ukraine.

Dmitry Peskov said President Vladimir Putin is prepared to continue peace negotiations regarding the Ukraine war, though Moscow’s primary condition is the achievement of its defined objectives.

He added that the world has grown accustomed to the abrasive rhetoric of US President Donald Trump, but noted that despite his harsh remarks, Trump insists on continuing the peace process.

Russia has repeatedly warned that Western arms shipments to Kyiv obstruct the resolution of the conflict and effectively render NATO member states parties to the crisis.
