Widespread demonstrations in Istanbul in support of Gaza

Pars Today – On Saturday night, the city of Istanbul, Turkey, witnessed large-scale demonstrations under the slogan "Be a Hope for Gaza" to show solidarity with Palestinians who are under attack and facing genocide by the Israeli regime.

Organized by nearly 15 civil society organizations in Turkey, the protests began with participants gathering at Istanbul’s Beyazıt Square. The aim of the movement was to draw global public attention to the genocide and siege crimes that the Israeli regime continues to impose on the Gaza Strip.
Thousands of protesters chanted slogans such as "Israel is a murderer, get out of Palestine" and "The children of Gaza are waiting for us." Participants carried Turkish and Palestinian flags, along with placards bearing messages like "Zionist killers will be held accountable" and "Israel is starving Gaza." /IRNA
