Pars Today – In a meeting with the Chinese ambassador, the Advisor to the Leader of the Islamic Revolution emphasized the long-standing and distinguished ties between Iran and China, stating that relations between the two countries are strategic and deeply rooted.

During the meeting, both sides emphasized strengthening and expanding strategic relations between the Islamic Republic of Iran and China, and exchanged views on regional and international developments. The discussions also covered bilateral cooperation, global and regional dynamics, and particularly U.S. expansionism and interference in various parts of the world, as well as Washington’s support for the Israeli regime’s crimes in Gaza.
Velayati noted the long-standing and exceptional historical relations between Iran and China, stating that the ties between the two countries are both strategic and deeply rooted. He added that bilateral cooperation can expand even further in light of ongoing regional and global developments. /Tasnim News Agency
