Pars Today – Lebanon’s kickboxing champion took a humanitarian stand by giving up his world medal to support the Palestinian people.
Nassib Hamada, Lebanon’s kickboxing champion, broke the Israeli flagpole and stepped on the flag during the opening ceremony of the World Championships in Uzbekistan. As a result, he was barred from the competition due to pressure from Zionist lobbyists. Although he had a chance to win a world medal, his act prevented him from claiming it. The video of the Lebanese athlete stepping on the Israeli flag was quickly removed from Instagram. Previously, the boxer had repeatedly expressed support for the Palestinian people online and condemned the Israeli regime’s crimes in Gaza. / Fars News Agency
