Pars Today – The Secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council emphasized the need for national resilience against the enemy’s increasing demands, stating: “Iran believes in negotiation, but such negotiations must be genuine and conducted at the appropriate time.”

Ali Larijani, Secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council, speaking at a meeting with humanities scholars, referred to the shifting positions of adversaries regarding Iran’s nuclear program, stating:
“They say not to enrich uranium, reduce missile ranges, and implement in the region exactly what they dictate.”

Larijani emphasized that the enemy’s demands are endless and can only be resisted through national resilience. He referred to U.S. pressures in Lebanon, stating: “The U.S. representative in Lebanon has said that either they follow our directives, or the Israeli regime will attack.”

Larijani added, “Negotiation is a method, but it must be done at the right time. Iran engaged in negotiations, and the enemy responded by going to war.” / IRNA
