Pars Today – Iran’s foreign minister has announced Tehran’s readiness to help resolve disputes and reduce tensions between Pakistan and Afghanistan.

In a phone conversation with Pakistan’s Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar, Iran’s top diplomat Seyed Abbas Araghchi expressed Tehran’s readiness to provide any assistance necessary to help resolve disputes and promote dialogue between Pakistan and Afghanistan.

Araghchi emphasized the importance of the long-standing and friendly relations between Iran and Pakistan, calling for continued bilateral talks—alongside cooperation with regional countries—to help de-escalate tensions.

Both sides also agreed to maintain ongoing consultations and coordination to preserve peace and stability in the region.
