Iran condemns Israeli regime crimes in occupied Palestine

Pars Today – On Sunday night, a spokesperson for Iran’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, referring to the ongoing crimes of the Israeli regime in occupied Palestine, stated: “What is happening in the West Bank is a continuation of the colonial policy of eradicating Palestinians, which over the past two years has been carried out in Gaza with the killing of tens of thousands of innocent people.”

In a media statement, Esmaeil Baqaei expressed outrage over the continued killings and severe violations of human and humanitarian rights in Gaza and the West Bank. He condemned the ongoing blockade of Gaza, the obstruction of debris removal, and the prevention of reconstruction of health, medical, and vital infrastructure in the enclave, noting that these actions have exacerbated the humanitarian disaster during the cold and rainy season and constitute part of a policy aimed at the genocide of Palestinians.

Referring to the increasing wave of terrorist and destructive attacks by Israeli settlers in the West Bank, the repeated desecration of Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Ibrahimi Shrine, and the ongoing arbitrary arrests and torture of Palestinians, the spokesperson for Iran’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs emphasized the legal and moral responsibility of the international community to stop the crimes of the occupying regime. He added: “What is happening in the West Bank is a continuation of the colonial policy of eradicating Palestinians, which over the past two years has been carried out in Gaza with the killing of tens of thousands of innocent people.”

The senior Iranian diplomat also described the United States and certain Western governments as complicit in the crimes of the Israeli regime.
