Pars Today – The President of Turkey, strongly criticizing the violence of the Israeli regime in the Gaza Strip, stated that the crimes of the Israeli genocidal regime against Palestinian women and children over the past two years have gone unanswered.

Recep Tayyip Erdogan, President of Turkey, in a speech on the occasion of the “International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women” in Ankara, emphasized that two-thirds of the 70,000 deaths in the Gaza Strip war are women and children, and over 20,000 children have been killed in the past two years.

Expressing his outrage at these acts of violence, Erdogan described them as a result of double standards and global silence, noting that no proportionate response has been taken against these crimes.

The Turkish President stressed that Turkey will continue to defend justice and truth, regardless of whether the oppressed or oppressor is involved. /IRNA
