Iran condemns Israeli attack on southern Syria

Pars Today – A spokesperson for Iran’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemned the Israeli regime’s attack on southern Syria and the killing of Syrian civilians.

According to Pars Today, citing IRNA, Esmaeil Baqaei, spokesperson for Iran’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, condemned the Israeli regime’s ground and air assault on the Beit Jinn area and the killing of several Syrian civilians. He emphasized the inherent right of regional nations to defend their sovereignty and territorial integrity, describing the resistance of young Syrians against Israeli soldiers as a natural and legitimate response to aggression.

The Foreign Ministry spokesperson also pointed to the ongoing violations of international law and the expansion of Israeli crimes, calling the Security Council’s inaction in the face of these aggressions regrettable and warning of their dangerous consequences for global peace and stability.
