Pars Today – Recent talks between Ukraine and the United States aimed at ending the war have concluded without results.
According to CGTN, negotiations between American and Ukrainian officials in Florida ended without any final decisions on key issues. Reuters also reported that “Trump has expressed frustration over his inability to end the war. As a presidential candidate, he promised to achieve this in a single day, but he has admitted that despite his strong relationship with Russian President Vladimir Putin, he is surprised at how difficult it has been.”
Trump’s confusion and his push to fulfill his claim of ending the war have escalated to the point that, Reuters notes, “Trump’s team has pressured Ukraine to consider significant concessions, including ceding territory to Russia.”
