Albanese calls for suspension of Israel’s UN membership

Pars Today – The UN Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in the Palestinian territories occupied by Zionists has called for the suspension of the Israeli regime’s membership in the United Nations and for the imposition of political and cultural sanctions against it.

Francesca Albanese, referring to the continuation of crimes in the Gaza Strip, stressed that due to the commission of genocide over the past two years, Israel should not be treated as a normal member of the United Nations.

The UN Special Rapporteur described Israel as an occupying, apartheid-based power and emphasized the need for decisive action by the international community to stop the crimes of this regime. / Mehr News Agency
