Iran set to launch three satellites
Pars Today – The launch vehicle carrying the “Kowsar, Zafar-2, and Paya” satellites has been placed on the launch pad following the successful completion of the final stages.
This final placement marks the beginning of the countdown for the scheduled launch on December 27, 2025, bringing Iran one step closer to achieving its space goals.
The process of integrating the satellites onto the Russian Soyuz launch vehicle has been completed, and all related success tests have been passed. The separation stage has also been assembled onto the launch vehicle, which has now been transferred to the launch pad for final pre-launch procedures.
The last tests related to the launch vehicle are currently underway in preparation for the scheduled launch. According to the plan, the three Iranian satellites—Paya, Zafar-2, and the upgraded version of Kowsar—will be launched into space with this vehicle. / IRIB News Agency
